Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how it works.

Time to return or exchange

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an item. If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, you have 30 days.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Exchanges (size or colour)

Message us within 14 days with your order number and the size or colour you want. We collect your item and send the new one, subject to stock. If your new size is sold out, you can choose another item or get a refund.

Returns and refunds

Message us within 14 days with your order number and we will arrange the pickup. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer. The original delivery fee and the return delivery fee are not refundable, unless the mistake was ours.

Faulty or wrong item

If we sent the wrong item or it has a defect, we cover all delivery costs and you choose an exchange or a full refund, including the original delivery fee. Please send a photo when you contact us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. After it ships, the returns process above applies.
